The Disgo Hospitality Showcase Series is an 8-week venue activation and performance challenge designed to spotlight the operators, managers, and teams who know how to:

  • Drive real foot traffic
  • Program intentional events
  • Deliver elevated guest experience
  • Capture content that markets itself
  • Turn first-time guests into regulars.

This is about who can build the strongest hospitality experience from the inside out.

What This Challenge Measures

We are evaluating real-world hospitality performance across four pillars:

Special Beverage Menu Design

Design a custom three-drink SpeedRailz menu using our spirit partners (Gin, Bourbon and Non-Alcoholic). This is your chance to showcase creativity, consistency, and menu viability.


Guest Experience

Drive guest check-ins and ratings through the Disgo Software. Guests will score:

• Cocktails

• Service

• Overall Venue Experience


Community Building Event Execution

Plan and host a networking or social event powered by REUNEO (30-day trial included). Demonstrate that you can program a room, not just pour drinks.


Ecosystem Engagement

Visit at least three other participating venues and check in. This creates cross-pollination between teams and builds city-wide momentum.


What Participants Receive

This is not a “compete for exposure” model.

This is activation with assets.

Each participant receives:

  • A professional media day (included with onboarding)
  • Venue showcase video and photo content
  • Paid AD Campaign feature across Railz platforms to drive traffic towards event
  • Cross-promotion to hospitality audiences which include consumers and event planners

This Showcase is part of the broader Railz Hospitality infrastructure.

We are building:

Competition Onboarding Fee ($300 per venue)

We are building a community-driven platform designed to create real, lasting value for those who participate.

Across cities like Houston, Austin, and Dallas, we’ve seen firsthand how our platform has opened doors — from guest shifts, to consulting and even event curation opportunities to new skillsets and industry knowledge they would not normally gain inside their home venue.

Along with the opportunity to win the $1000 cash prize and city glory each competing team will also receive a media day showcase of their venue which will be posted across our channels which have a combined reach of 23k.

Why There Is an Onboarding Fee

Producing the concept takes real resources and real people.

Behind every event and piece of content are:

  • Hours of driving between cities and venues
  • Filming and editing interviews and competition footage
  • Software platforms for scoring, networking, and campaigns
  • Media production costs
  • Staffing and coordination costs (every person you see within platform gets paid for their time)
  • Prize pool contributions

Many of the people helping run our ecosystem are also bartenders themselves. They take time off work, travel, and invest their own energy to make these events happen. Our partners and sponsors help, but they cannot cover everything.

The onboarding fee helps offset these real operational costs so we can continue delivering a professional, high-quality platform.

Step 1: Submit Your Application

This is the foundation for how we build your specific activation strategy.

Step 2: Pre-Production Strategy & Media Planning

Once accepted, we’ll schedule a pre-production call.

During this session we will:

  • Align on your campaign positioning
  • Set tentative event dates
  • Plan your media day shot list
  • Identify your strongest marketing angles

This ensures your media day is efficient, intentional, and high-impact.

Step 3: Media Day at Your Venue

Each participating venue receives a professional media day.

We will capture:

  • Cocktail features
  • Venue walkthroughs
  • Hospitality moments
  • Team interviews
  • Event promotional content

This content becomes the fuel for your 8-week paid campaign.

Step 4: Orientation & Software Integration

All participating venues will attend a group orientation session.

This includes:

  • Full campaign overview
  • Walkthrough of Reuneo (event management platform)
  • Walkthrough of Disgo (guest check-in & rating platform)
  • Spirit tasting and product education
  • Networking with other competing venues

This ensures everyone is aligned and comfortable with the tools before launch.

Step 5: Campaign Launch

Once all assets are complete:

  • Official campaign launch date is set
  • Event dates are locked
  • Paid media campaigns go live through the Railz platform
  • Participating venues begin activating guests

Each venue will have a paid promotional campaign run through our platform to drive traffic and awareness around:

  • Your events
  • Your SpeedRailz menu
  • Your involvement in the 8-week showcase

Step 6: Eight Weeks of Activation

Throughout the campaign:

  • Guests check in and rate via Disgo
  • Events are powered through Reuneo
  • Content continues to roll out
  • Cross-venue engagement builds momentum

We gather real data on hospitality performance across the city.

Step 7: Campaign Finale & Bar Crawl

At the conclusion of the 8-week showcase:

  • A winning venue is announced
  • Top-performing venues are recognized
  • Disgo organizes a curated bar crawl featuring the top 3–4 venues

Consumers who followed the campaign get to visit and celebrate the best hospitality in Austin.

This closes the loop between competition, community, and customer conversion.
